Visa Requirements for Egypt

Visa Information for International Participants

All international attendees of ICCFN 2025 who require a visa to enter Egypt are advised to begin the application process as early as possible. Most participants can apply for a tourist or conference visa through the nearest Egyptian embassy or consulate.

Required Documents:
  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
  • Official invitation letter from conference
  • Proof of accommodation and return flight
  • Completed visa application form
Important Timing Notice

Invitation letters can be requested after paper acceptance and registration. Processing times vary, so we strongly recommend applying at least 6–8 weeks before your travel date.
