Final Camera Ready and Copyright Instructions

Important Deadline

The deadline for Registration, Camera Ready Submissions and Copyright forms for accepted papers is November 15, 2026 (Midnight).

Step 1: Final Paper Preparation and Format

Please make sure you conform to the formatting guidelines:

  • All papers should be in PDF format
  • A full paper must be Maximum length of 12-15 pages (including all figures, tables and references)
  • DO NOT include headers/footers or page numbers in the final submission

Upload your final version of the Camera Ready and the Springer copyright form to the CMT submision system. Do not send them via email
