Visa Requirements for Egypt

Visa Information for International Participants

All international attendees of ICCFN 2026 who require a visa to enter Egypt are advised to begin the application process as early as possible. Most participants can apply for a tourist or conference visa through the nearest Egyptian embassy or consulate.

  • Official invitation letter from conference
  • Proof of accommodation and return flight

Important Timing Notice

The processing time for an Egyptian visa varies depending on its type. An e-visa can be processed within 24-72 hours and a maximum of 5-7 business days, while a traditional tourist or business visa may take at least 10 business days. Citizens from many countries can get a visa on arrival at the airport in Egypt, but you must first verify eligibility based on your nationality.
